In mid-2022 and in preparation for optimal retail shelf placement, Build the Brand assisted cult-beauty brand Secret Beauty Club re-designed their packaging.

You will notice a substantial shift towards a more vibrant, colorful, botanical theme that emphasizes the natural and organic ingredients in each product and highlights to the product benefits.
The primary focus of this re-design was to prepare products for shelf placement as the brand expands into major retail stores. Customers have been very receptive to the new packaging, praising the elegant boxes and beautiful design.
A significant increase in online sales – almost 40% – has already been attributed to the new packaging we designed.
Customer-Lead Products
As a unique selling proposition to further strengthen the relationship between brand and consumer as well as to drive revenue, we assisted Secret Beauty Club in launching their custom formulation program.
Allowing the customer to create their own, personalized product fosters a deeper connection to the brand by creating a feeling that they “produced” what they’re using. This program has already increased the average order value of purchases by 28%.
